If a dog is found with parasites /difficult/ aggressive behavior or heavily matted & soiled coats, the overall cost is dependent on how complex the groom is and its duration. Treatment Prices can differ from time to time depending on how long it has been since your last appointment.

Regular appointments are essential for the health and welfare of your dog, whether they have a long or short coat.

We recommend to return every 4 to 6 weeks if you prefer a fluffy style.

Dogs presented with heavy matting must be clipped short as it is the only way to remove matting safely and dematting is a very lengthy and painful process and it is not ethical to subject dogs to this.

Overgrown and matted coats can cause all kind of skin problem and ear & eye infections.

Nail trimming and filing can only be done where dog permits it (some dogs can become aggressive or extremely stressed out for nails so if this is the case we would recommend you visit your Vet for this procedure to be done). Regular (2-6 weeks) nail trims are advised to avoid pain associated with overgrown nails. Once overgrown it is very difficult to cut them back as the blood vessel grows long when nails are not maintained often, resulting in bleeding nails if even trimmed a little.

Cancellation & No Show Policy
Please read it carefully and follow the steps below:
* A €15 deposit is required to confirm your appointment. Please make the payment to the IBAN informed by staff and use the reference as explained by the staff.
* In the event of a cancellation or a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.
* If you reschedule your appointment more than 24 hours before your booking and for the same month, your €15 deposit will automatically be transferred to your new appointment.
* If you reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment or for other month, unfortunately your deposit will be forfeited, and a new €15 deposit will be required to secure the new booking.
